ご主人がとっても親切でした。この方だったら安全と思えるくらい！ 私を待っていたように迎えてくれました。 セキュリティも万全。安心して過ごせました。 エリア付近ですが、朝早くから開いているカフェもあります。レストランも近くに何件もあるので良い所でした。

無いです！とにかくご主人の人柄がとっても良かったです。 チェックインも「分かってるよ、ようこそ」といった感じで簡単！ チェックアウトもカギを置いておしまいです。 Boltが使えないとちょっと不便かな？でもご主人が教えてくれます。

Wer ein 5 Sterne Luxushotel mit Frühstücksbuffet erwartet, ist hier definitiv falsch. Wer aber eine ehrliche, saubere und kostengünstige Unterkunft in optimaler, ruhiger und sicherer Lage sucht, dem kann ich das House on the Hill wärmstens empfehlen. In Green Point gelegen, keine 100 Meter von der Hauptstraße, daß DHL Stadion in Sichtweite, ist das House on the Hill trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ich habe den Aufenthalt (12 Tage) sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein bißchen Old School...aber dies hat seinen eigenen Charme. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kapstadt Urlaub benötigt: Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, von dort ist aber alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Stadion 5 Minuten, V&A Waterfront 15 Minuten, Long Street 25 Minuten, Sea Point 25 Minuten. Keine 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein Spar, an der Haupstraße sind genügend Cafés und Restaurants, um dort zu frühstücken. Deon ist ein Super-Host, freundlich, auskunftsfreudig und hilfreich. Ich hab mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.

Deon is an amazing host. We always enjoy our stay at House on the Hill. The room we stayed in was very clean. The beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The location couldn't be more perfect. You are within walking distance of Sea Point, Mouille Point, the V & A Waterfront and a variety of restaurants.

There was really nothing that we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Loacation was a 10 out of 10. Excellent

Good location. And the hoster was so kind and attentive.

Great and affordable for its location. Restaurants close by and walking distance to Waterfront etc. Private parking an extra bonus for the area.

You get what you pay for. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a basic place to stay that is within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront. If you you just need an affordable room to sleep and you are not fussy, this is the place to stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à House on the Hill. Idéalement situé, dans un quartier calme mais très proche des restaurants et du VA Waterfront. Nous le recommandons vivement!
