Booked last minute, and this accommodation completely exceeded expectations! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive, and check-in was seamless. Everything needed was provided, and the location was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free, quality stay

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your lodge. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards advertised and was far below expectations. I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention: 1. Cleanliness and Hygiene Showers and toilets were not properly cleaned and lacked hygienic standards. Bed sheets were stained, and the kettle was dirty inside. Bedroom walls damaged with damp seal just painted over it, the double bed in one of the rooms was so uncomfortable and uneven it seems like the base is broken Couches had a strong odor, were dusty, and appeared never to have been steam-cleaned. The entertainment area was dusty, carpets were not clean, and chairs were smelly with cat hair. The cleaning lady used a dirty mop, leaving a foul smell and swept dirt outside the door without removing it. 2. Maintenance Issues Dining chairs were unstable; we had to request replacements. One bathroom had a broken toilet seat that needed fixing. The main door lock and key required replacement. Plates were chipped, and the oven tray was rusted. Pool sticks were worn out, and there were no balls for table tennis. 3. Amenities and Misrepresentation The pool was dirty and only cleaned after we requested the creepy crawly to be put in. There was no baby pool for small children as promised. The property exterior looked neglected and dilapidated. We were not informed that the lodge is accessible only via a 7 km gravel road and that the nearest town is 30 minutes away. Having to call for the gate to be opened was inconvenient and not communicated beforehand. Overall, the lodge is poorly managed, and the conditions were far from what was advertised in your pictures and descriptions. This caused significant inconvenience and disappointment for my family.

The first day on our arrival the room seemed not to have been cleaned for a few days as we were inhaling dust more over the wife and kid who suffer from Sinuses. Things got better after the housekeeping in the second day. The pillow cases need to be replaced. They look dull.

The place is not clean, my stay was 3 nights 4 days but I spent 2nights n check out coz the place was not up to standards... No housekeeping since I was there, spider web everywhere Iyoooooooo. Gravel routes

I liked the whole setup and the way the place is located.

First night it was ok, the second night there was a bit of noise around 24::00 outside the rooms.

The room was very clean and had almost everything I needed. The yard is very spacious and natural allowing you to ground with nature. I enjoyed the kitchen area; an unexpected self catering palace with everything you may need.

There are roadworks on the way to the venue so you stop for about 10-15 minutes before proceeding. The receptionist couldn't locate my booking on the system which made me feel uncomfortable for a moment. I had to prove myself to them that I did not just pitch out of nowhere in the bushes like that hehehe but that was eventually resolved. The place has rules which is understandable but we felt a little constraint to be ourselves when they were read out to us to sign before receiving the keys to the room. There are peacocks in the yard that make loud weird noises in the morning!!!! Talk about a natural alarm 🫠 that startled me and I was up in no time.
