The villa was big and everything was there

We didn't have music and we asked for help with YouTube connection but no one came. The villa was not that clean, there was insects in the room

Everything was set well. I love the pool and the music that the have at bar it's wow. I like thier hiking as it was my first time to hike but it was very good.

The hospitality was great Shout out to Senzo . He assisted us with the bags to our chalet. Our car was small and could not go up.

The host was friendly & welcoming, the staff were willing to assist. Their kitchen (clean, clean, clean). Other visitors obeyed noise rules. I was there for some quiet time and re-energize. A home-away from home

Cats because my child is scared of them, but I understood their reason for having them.
