We were assigned a 3rd floor room, noticeably inferior to the 2nd floor rooms and inconvenient for senior guest like us due to the absence of a lift. On our first morning, I requested a transfer to an unoccupied 2nd floor room which I noticed during housekeeping but was declined, citing a future reservation — despite having three nights remaining. The decision felt unfair and left us with the impression that we were expected to accept the inferior room without complaint, possibly due to assumptions that we are less likely to raise concerns.

Hostel přímo na Caminu. Přivítala mě milá recepční, která vše krásně vysvětlila, provedla mě. Skvěle vybavená kuchyňka, příjemný dvorek, kde se dalo posedět venku. Hned naproti ubytování je samoobslužná prádelna, kousíček potraviny.

Wonderful location, staff, clean and modern property, and comfy beds with privacy curtains, lights, and electrical outlets. Well equipped kitchen with common space seating and nice private backyard arwa. Ample showers, which felt a bit tight but offered good privacy.
