House rules were not strictly implemented. Our next door neighbor crammed people in one room way way more than the room's capacity. They cooked, even brought cooking implements such as a butane cooker, all of them ate at the balcony, the entire place smelled of the food they were cooking. They were all noisy, all the way till the wee hours of the morning which made it difficult for us to sleep.

The place is near the beach and restaurants. Staffs are friendly and approachable.

The clothes rack inside the bathroom are too high. No enough place for toiletries.

The location of the property itself is not safe. The place was dirty and very crowded. It’s not for leisure nor relaxation. Very disappointing. I told the receptionist to cancel my reservation and they said yes and I emailed Booking.com but haven’t received any response. I hope they’ll refund my money.

Beach front and near to surfing area and other shops, Resto and Bars

There’s a cute friendly cat who is hanging at the ground floor beach side that we liked so much. The aircon is good, shower water pressure and temperature is good.Other than that, everything else for the price that we paid which is almost 39,000 for 2 rooms/ 4 persons per room, I think was a rip off. I should’ve read the negative reviews before I booked. They were all true.

It was advertised on TripAdvisor there is free breakfast. At almost 10k per room, even coffee was charged at 70 pesos per cup and no free breakfast. You get a 1 star hostel stay for a 5 star hotel price. There were no toilet papers, the small thin towels were almost black, the shower curtains were super dirty, every time you shower the whole bathroom gets wet, no mats on the bathroom. Cooked food not allowed inside the rooms but the restaurant menu was so limited and a lot in the menu was not available. Beach front but no swimming because it’s all rocks and only good for advanced surfers. Parking was a mess too. To get to the hotel, you have to go through a series of shanties first with very tight entrance and exit to the property. The room has almost nothing but beds and a small table.

Staff super friendly, good Aircon and good beds Quite area, breakfast we did not expect.

The Bathroom was not clean the shower had ladies hairs and the toilet smelly. Otherwise no issues.
