The best thing about this place are the stuff, prices and delicious mangos everywhere, also quick walk to the beach

Staff were very nice and accommodating. (I arrived without money and they allowed me to pay later)

This was a great option for a hostel by the beach. We were traveling as a group of 3 and had a room to ourselves. The room had 2 beds and 1 bunk bed for a total of 4 beds with an AC unit that kept us cool and its own attached bathroom. There is a small kitchen at the property available for use, a small store to buy some snacks and drinks, and plenty of hammocks and chairs to lounge in. The WiFi worked great. There is some construction going on and some road noise, but it didn't take away from the nice atmosphere at the hostel. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The beach is a 5 minute walk up some public pathways and another 5-10 minute walk takes you to El Tunco.

Shower is basic with no hot water (not needed in the heat though) Uber needed to main Tunco town which is cheap ($2-3) or half hour walk

If you just there for to sleep then yes , but if you want a pool, nice view then this is not the place. Once you drive in is like driving into someone household. We go the private room which included private bathroom/shower. 2 queen beds and bunk bed. It did have AC . We pay $50 . There's was a bar next to it but it was a walk to the beach thru rocks. There's no view to the beach. There's is parking and wifi . Like I said if it's just for sleeping great if not there's better hotels out there.

The place is hidden. The staff children are up by 6am playing and you can hear them lol. It's a 30min walk to El Tunco which they told us is only 10 min. When we go to El Tunco we saw another place for same amount we pay for. Just do your research.

This was the cheapest accomodation available at the time. It was quiet and a 10 min walk by beach to El Tunco. The floor was cleaned regularly.

It wasn't the cleanest. Only one fan in the room worked. The sink in the bathroom was very dirty. The bedsheets were also old and stained.

The location was excellent for surfing, because it's very close to the point break. Just a 5 minute walk through the jungle.

Gecko poop on the inside and bird poop on the steps would accumulate rather quickly.
