Hostal y Cabañas Aorangi

It is within walking distance (20 minutes) of the main part of town. The room opened out to the back garden and we were able to leave the door open at night for fresh air. The host let us leave our bags and use our room until the early afternoon so that we didn't have to haul them with us while we were in town for a few hours before our late afternoon flight out.

The wifi wasn't great, but I think it was partially due to the weather. We also had issues with digital communication with the host. We received many emails and message from someone named Maria Jose, including an offer to pick us up at the airport for an additional fee. We declined as it was only a 15 minute walk from the airport and we weren't hauling big suitcases. That message apparently was not passed on to the actual on-site host, Marcelo. His driver ended up stopping us on the sidewalk outside the hostel. He'd been to the airport to pick us up but obviously we hadn't seen him as we weren't expecting anyone. We were asked to pay the fee for the transfer despite not having used it. Since we had paid for it, we went ahead and used it to go back to the airport at the end of our stay rather than walking. One other small thing to note - The listing says towels are provided. That is not the case. Unfortunately, we weren't notified we needed to bring our own towels until a couple days before our stay. At that point we had already been in Chile for five days and were not in a position to suddenly bring or acquire one that would fit in our luggage. It wasn't the end of the world as we used a T-shirt to dry off, but it was annoying as we had avoided booking at other places for that exact reason.

La distancia con respecto a la calle principal es muy poca, por lo que, estas cerca de prácticamente todo el comercio y así mismo de la Caleta Hanga Roa.

Camera spaziosa

Struttura abbastanza vicino al centro, la camera con due letti singoli molto basic ma spaziosa,necessitava di una pulizia più approfondita, c'era polvere e laniccio nel muro coperto tutto in legno e nelle toghe del letto.Il bagno andrebbe risistemato e pulito ,il wc presentava delle sgorature.Inoltre è previsto un asciugamano piccolo per le mani, l' asciugamano grande è a pagamento e di questo ti avvisano il giorno prima,fortuna che son previdente . Non ho avuto indicazioni di nessuno genere né dell' uso della cucina né di tipo turistico,il bancomat per il pagamento non funzionava ma questo è stato il meno.La struttura andrebbe valorizzata di più a mio parere,inoltre quando sono andata via non ho avuto Nemmeno gran saluti come una sorta di disinteresse,ma forse era il carattere della persona.Il wifi funzionava pochissimo.Nell' insieme per 3 giorni mi sono adattata e Rapa Nui è talmente bella che il resto passa in secondo piano.

A mi llegada al aeropuerto me vinieron a recibir ¡con un collar de flores! El alojamiento es cómodo, limpio, y cercano al centro. Fue una estancia muy agradable

No hubo nada que me disgustara.

La amabilidad y buena predisposición de Marcelo, el dueño de las cabañas. Me agradó mucho los obsequios de los collares, el de flores a mi llegada al Aeropuerto, así como del otro al regreso. Me hizo el favor de llevarme una tarde a playa Anakena, muy agradecido por ello.

Todo estuvo bien.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la calle principal. Yo me quede en el Hostal que tiene cocina, comedor y sala de estar común, buen espacio y bien equipadas, la calle donde esta ubicado es tranquila. Pieza de buen tamaño; si tenía que preguntar algo Marcelo Icka siempre disponible y cordial.

Si linda la casa e instalaciones

Faltó un poco de atención con lo del aseo, a pesar de esto sido muy bien.

Centro di Hanga Roa raggiungibile a piedi. Include trasporto da e per l’aeroporto (circa 5 minuti di viaggio). Disponibili nel fornire autonoleggio e altre necessità.

Abbiamo ricevuto due stanze molto lontane, una necessitava di un percorso nel fango per raggiungerla. Arredamento molto vecchio, con tavoletta del wc in plastica fragile (ci è stata fatta pagare una quota perché dicono che l’abbiamo rotta). Wi-Fi non utilizzabile in una delle camere, funzionante solo negli spazi comuni. Nella cucina in comune c’erano pochissime stoviglie. In uno degli appartamenti mancava l’asciugacapelli.
