As instalações são péssimas , muita sujeira e fedor de mofo, me colocaram em um quarto que não dava para dormir, tanto o fedor de mofo. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado nunca foram limpos tem marca de fuligem preta nas saídas do ar. A cozinha muita sujeira, geladeira entupido de coisas e ferrugem. Enfim um lugar que se fosse de graça ficaria caro

Cozinha e lavanderia abertas 24 horas. Quarto com o ar-condicionado. O lugar aconchegante me senti em casa. Eu não posso esquecer mensionar. A assimplicidade e humildade do André sempre prestativo.

Na geladeira, os alimentos não tinham etiqueta com o nome de quem pertencia. Acho que isso poderia melhorar.
