Location and terrace

Too many codes: one to check in, one to get into the building, one for the terrace and another one for the locker Only 2 bathrooms and it gets busy in the mornings. Bathrooms are not very clean either. One has a second door that can only be locked from the other side and someone entered while I was getting changed Early check in was approved but bed and room weren't ready and I ended up checking in later than the usual check in time. My bed request was ignored even though I was the first one to check into the room. At one point the whole fridge was emptied and all items of all guests were mixed up and put on a table which meant they weren't refrigerated until you got back and found out. I had to request a towel, luckily staff was still there as there is no reception, but my bed also didn't have a pillow cover which I only realised in the evening. There was no water in the pool.

Ambiente poco sicuro, poco confortevole, sembra di entrare in casa di qualche latitante. La mia camera affacciava sulla cucina, ho chiuso le tapparelle. Il mio letto non aveva federe, i cuscini erano sporchi e per niente confortevoli, le lenzuola erano macchiate.Gli altri 3 letto, erano intatti ma comunque puzzavano, come se qualcuno li avesse usati. Ruth mi ha risposto dopo due ore, dicendomi che avrebbe chiesto alla signora delle pulizie. Il codice d’entrata è uguale per tutti, questo lo rende un posto ancora meno sicuro. Io dopo 10 minuti ho deciso di dormire nella macchina che fortunatamente avevo noleggiato. Ho prenotato qui perché purtroppo era l’ultimo ostello disponibile. Non fate il mio stesso errore! Dormite piuttosto in spiaggia, anche se piove, a costo di non dormire, non prenotate questo ostello!!!

The location is good for the beaches. It is close to the supermarkets. It is located close to a bus route. There are good connections with surfing community.

There is a lack of showers, toilets for the number of occupants. The kitchen lacks facilities and size for the number of occupants. The cleaners enter the property via the toilets. There are none payers living in the property. The code for the door is not changed regularly enough so none residents use the property. There is no management presence. The rooms are too small and lack storage facilities. There is no light or electrical outlet near to the beds.

- Location is good, right in the center - Good social aspect

- No reception - they don’t change the code on the door or the lockers so previous guests can come back in and practically steal your things -because the door code stays the same; there are some previous guests staying there for free - they either sleep on the sofa or wait until late evening to see if there’s a free bed. That’s unfair on the people who are paying good money to stay there and also unsafe - it’s quite expensive for what you get - only 2 bathrooms for quite a lot of guests

Es gab 2,5 Tage lang kein Wasser Man konnte nicht duschen, aufs Klo gehen oder abwaschen… Es wurde dann kein Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt man musste es sich selber kaufen… Dann tropfte es von der Decke Es war extrem dreckig Die Vermieter sprechen kein Wort englisch

Nekaj noci kasneje sem prenocila se eno noc v hostlu in naenkrat nismo imeli vode. Kljub temu da smo obvestili lastnike niso niti poskusili razresiti situacije. Jaz bi nam na njihovem mestu prinesla nekaj garaf vode za nujne potrebe. Kljub temu se bom vseeno vrnila ker ni bil moj prvi obisk - vedno pridem zaradi ambienta.
