14人で1つのトイレとバスルームを使わなくてはならない。

Lage war zentral, für eine Nacht voll ok. Es gab Duschgel, Zahnpasta und paar essentials falls man was vergessen hat. Und es gab Locker um Wertsachen zu versperren mit Schlösser zum ausborgen.

Es war recht dreckig, vor allem das Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Außerdem steht in der Anzeige es gibt Parkplätze, das stimmt aber nicht. Man kann nicht zufahren und ich musste in einer teuren Garage parken. Als ich beim Personal nachgefragt habe, ob sie Empfehlungen haben um günstig zu Parken hatten sie keine. Sehr ärgerlich…

Location perfect

I would like to make a complaint regarding our stay. The parking situation was not properly explained and the parking area was closed when we arrived. Because of this misunderstanding, we received a 30€ police fine. In addition, nobody contacted or informed us properly when we arrived late at night at the apartment, which made the situation even more difficult. We believe the information provided about parking and arrival instructions was insufficient, and we would appreciate some responsibility and support regarding the fine.

Close to pedestrian zone.

At first, hard to find. Photos might help. The directions to get I. The door were good once we found the door. The pillows were not great and the mattress was uncomfortable but for what we paid it was a fair price. Despite labeling my food, some of my food went missing. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great location close to the centre. Facilities were good. Hot shower. Friendly, helpful staff.

There was only one toilet and one shower between 14 people but it was surprising how rarely this was an issue. Reception is only open for a few hours a day but this wasn’t really a problem either as staff responded to messages at other times.

Way too expensive for the quality of the stay. Pictures not up to date, apparently on purpose. Only one toilet for all guests. Needs maintenance. Sort of a scam considering the price and the actual state of the room. Don't trust the pictures
