Lushtree Backpackers - Hostel & Cafe

The host, although wasn't available personally due to festive season, attended to my calls promptly and guided me properly for my travel from bhowali even when the booking was not done before the call. He made arrangements for my pick up from market as it was late and no other commute option was available. Staff, both of them were very helpful and guided me for the good outing spots nearby, also celebrating the festival of Diwali away from home didn't feel that bad as they did the pooja, lit diyas also fireworks was there, so no traveller felt homesick, at least not me. Location, although bit away from main market and temple, felt perfect for someone like me who wanted a quiet place away from hustle. Would recommend to solo and families alike.

Ummm, maybe the curtains for the room window could be changed as they are small. Rest there wasn't much to pinpoint actually.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lushtree Backpackers. The place has such a calm and homely feel you instantly feel at ease here. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have a beautiful view of the hillside, which makes mornings really peaceful. The food is genuinely good, simple but tasty, and the people here are kind and easy to connect with. I loved spending quiet time in the common areas and just soaking in the relaxed atmosphere.

The hostel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment, I checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid, specially the Himalayas View. The food was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit. "Perfection" would be an Understatement....

Nothing in particular but the washrooms can be better. It was clean though.

The culture the staff the food, everything was the best You can try chicken pakoda as snacks 😋
