Great location and very good value for money.

Pur organization. When we checked out, they didn’t return our deposit, and we had to come back in the afternoon to sort it out. If we hadn’t been in the city, it would have been very inconvenient. Also, the bathrooms weren’t in good condition — the men’s showers were very small, and everything was flooded with water.

Low cost, high quality hostel. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, and housekeeping staffs clean public area everyday. A tram stop and Queen Victoria Market are nextdoor. My staying was so comfortable!

One of female shower rooms key was broken. Actually, it's not serious problem for me because there are enough shower rooms. But if it is fixed, we would feel better.
