"Horrible, horrible experience!"

I had a confirmed reservation. On arrival they had double booked the room. They said the internet rez was inaccurate as they do not have that room description. The 2 private rooms were taken even though we reserved one. THIS MUST BE FIXED!!!!!! We had to find another place to stay on a very busy Saturday in Pentiction. Luckily we were able to find a room at the Marriott, which ended up being excellent. Several hours later HI called me to say come back other rez never showed. Too late already relaxing at the Marriott.
