"Falta de empatia para uma estrutura pequena"

Da localização , pois era próxima ao lugar que estaria visitando.

Da estrutura e empatia .. o chuveiro elétrico não estava funcionando , quando cheguei.. então tive que tomar banho frio.Mas, funcionou no outro dia … não sei o motivo … tem temporizado de tempo …ainda bem que não precisei lavar o cabelo… Visto que o curso que eu iria fazer só começaria às 13 horas , pedi pra deixar as malas lá até 12 horas, visto que check out seria às 11… conforme a responsável só poderia se pagasse mais uma diária …falta de empatia Total .
