Boa localização, estrutura, limpeza, clareza das informações, atendimento.

Sugestão de melhoria: tirar carpete do quarto. Por mais que estivesse tudo bem limpo, o carpete solta um cheiro forte, ruim principalmente pra quem tem renite.

Com a reserva ok, simplesmente cancelaram às 21hs sendo que era possível fazer check in até às 22. Fiquei sem acomodação. Lamentável é pouco. Espero que a mãe do proprietário passe pela mesma situação um dia.
