O fácil acesso ao Instituto Tomie Otake , a boa localização, a privacidade e organização do local .

Por ser um atendimento on- line há uma certa dificuldade para a realização do check- in e checkout, solicitação de outras itens, mas que não compromete o acesso ao local .

Pessoas tranquilas. Cama e chão limpos.

Houveram uma serie de questãoes negativas, dentre elas: não recebi senha de check-in e não obtive resposta ao ligar para responsavel; a cozinha estava muito suja (geladeira, micro ondas, pia, etc) e inclusive tinha um cheiro péssimo, o banheiro do lado de fora tinha uma marca de fezes gigante em baixo da patente do vaso (que não foi limpa enquanto estive la), faltou papel higienico, enfim, foi pra ficar bastante decepcionado.
