Só dá localização e dá paisagem

A janela do quarto não vedava e entrava muito vento, o quarto não aqueceu. Ninguém nos atendeu as várias chamadas que fizemos para resolver o problema. Não conseguimos ter acesso a toalhas para tomar banho. Não tinha papel higiénico.
