the location next to the airport was the reason why we chose this place. however, the owner was extremely nice to us and even offered us a ride to the airport at 4am.

The owner is friendly. It's a great location if you're flying in or out of Chiang Mai.

Good place. If you rent a scooter it is about 5 minutes to the downtown. Quiet and lovely. The owner is an old man very friendly and helpful. Kindly and gives you a lot of attentions. Small Breakfast with fresh fruits, coffee and bottles of water for free. Very good place

The owner Dang is the ideal Thai host, always ready to help and make sure you're comfortable. When I needed medicine he drove me to the nearest pharmacy and even gave me extra food, all free of charge. The location is an out of the way suburban area so quiet and not polluted like the center. Cleanliness was impeccable. The pictures don't really do the place justice - the house and the rooms are much nicer in real life.

It is some ways from the center and amenities so you will need a scooter or use grab if you want to go anywhere. Otherwise there is not much within walking distance, apart from a few eateries (which the owner will happily direct you to)

Dang, he's a very special man. We're so lucky to have him. We came for a 1 night stay and stayed 5 nights :) at the end of our trip with exploring all day, coming back to a quiet and peaceful place was exactly what we needed. The treats he offered us, the cleanliness of the rooms, and most of all his guidance was extra nice for us. Just smile to Dang, he will already make your day nice. I think the location is in the middle for the places you want to go. We reached on foot or by taxi. I recommend the taxi apps by the way. It provides a very economical transportation. A great place to stay, feels like home. Very quiet and calm atmosphere. Stayed here for 5 days, very comfy. The host is extremely kind and helpful, goes very far to meet your needs.

The Owner is amazing! one of the best that I've meet on my life. He is always eager to help, when we arrive at night he gave us a drive to the closest store to buy some supplies, the same when we had to go a laundry store, he helped us and translated things for us. He wanted to talk and offered to help with anything, it's a pity that we couldn't stay for longer and talk with him. The accomodations are clean and have everything you need. in the morning you can watch the birds eating from the trees in the backyard, I recommend it a lot! the location is a bit far from the old town, but if you want to be far from tourists it's a good option. You have supply stores, coffe shops and laundry 5 minutes by foot from the accomodation

The owner was the nicest host you could ever ask for , I came down with the flu while I was staying at Chom Chan, he checked up on me , brought me food , offered to get me anything I needed from the shops , even went and got me a bicycle to borrow so I wouldn't have to walk to the shops. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Amazing place to stay.
