"Très mauvaise expérience – à éviter"

Très mauvaise expérience. Après avoir effectué la réservation, le propriétaire ne répondait plus ni aux messages ni aux appels. Je n’ai reçu ni l’adresse exacte ni les instructions pour l’arrivée, donc il m’était impossible d’accéder au logement. Le propriétaire m’a aussi demandé d’envoyer une caution via PayPal en dehors de Booking.com, ce qui n’est pas sécurisé. Après mon refus, il n’y a eu aucune communication. J’ai dû contacter le service client de Booking.com pour résoudre le problème. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Soyez prudents.

Adresse introuvable et proprietaire injoignable par le numéro de téléphone . Nous avons été obligé un autre hotel. C' est une arnaque. Nous avons immediatement demandeé un remboursement.
