Super lokalizacja, w samym sercu starówki, dzieki temu wszędzie blisko.

Poplamiona pościel, mimo niskiej temperatury grzejniki byly odłączone i nie dało się ogrzać pokoju (byliśmy w grudniu i pokój był naprawdę zimny). Zza okna słychać było hałasy. Bardzo słabe wifi (nie dało się nawet pobrać odcinka serialu). Mile widziana byłaby też obecność jakiegoś mydła do rąk w łazience czy większych ręczników do kąpieli. Przydałaby się też jakakolwiek półka/szafka/stolik do położenia swoich rzeczy (w pokoju james bond była 1 w kącie nad łóżkiem wiec trochę ciężko z niej korzystać).

Al piano (4' senza ascensore non specificato sulla descrizione) nella mail del check in non c'era nome della stanza, contattiamo booking e arriva messaggio con nome stanza e codice. Nella checkbox non c'erano le chiavi...scopriamo dopo che la stanza era occupata...tramite booking arriva nuovo codice e nuova stanza, stavolta ci sono chiavi. In stanza non ci sono asciugamani né federe, due piumini estivi sul letto e senza riscaldamento (come in tutta la struttura); tempo check in 1,5 ore. Ricontattiamo struttura senza risposta e booking, dopo tempo arriva un messaggio: towels are on hall (gli asciugamani sono nel corridoi), try give up boiler (cercate di arrendervi caldaia...). Piccola notazione: la tv in camera non è collegata ad alcuna antenna né statellitare né terrestre), in camera c'è un condizionatore che fa solo da ventilatore. Abbiamo dormito solo due notti delle 4 prenotate e siamo tornati a casa acquistando un altro volo a ns spese

Bathrooms has visible signs of unsuficient cleaning, but as long as you just sleep in apartment clean level is enough.

Csaló! Cheater! Konkrétan Kifizettük a szállást nem tudtunk bejutni! Nem is értem hogy van még fent ez a disznóól! Foglalást követően észre vettem a kommenteket! Annyira bele szerettünk a szobákba hogy nem olvastam előre! Jó elhelyezkedés miatt választottuk! A sajnos előre kifizettem itt az oldalon a szobát. Majd miután elolvastam a véleményeket írtam a Booking.com oldalnak, a szàllás adónak is emailt, iMessage, Whats up minden fórumon, foglalásomtól számított 15 percen belül le akartam mondani. Nem állt szóba velem egyszerűen olyan mintha egy robot csinálná ezt a szállást. Mivel ki volt fizetve megkockáztatta k hogy érkezésünk napján mégis megpróbálunk bejutni. De ahogy a többi kommentelő is írja rossz ajtó nyitó telefonszámot kaptunk ezért nem tudtunk bejutni a lépcsőházba! Nem jutottunk el a szobába! Jeleztem felé de mint ahogy a héten előtte se akkor se volt hajlandó semmilyen kommunikációra vagy supportra! Még este tizenegykor is hajnalban is próbáltuk hívni írni jelezni neki hogy teltház van a városban mivel karácsonyi város van nincsen szállás sehol szeretnénk nem az utcán aludni de nem küldött el nekünk jó kódot és ezért nem tudtunk bejutni. Felháborító hogy az oldal azért kínálja ezeket mert az gondoljuk hogy megbízható egy ilyen oldalon foglalt szállás de csaló a szállásadó is! Ne menj oda nem fogsz bejutni csak a pénzt veszi el!

The location is the unique good aspect of this place.

It was a horrible experience to enter. We stayed 1h out, in the code, because the number they sent us on WhatsApp didn't work. Not even the support from Booking's hotline could reach the owner of the place. We could finally enter the building because another guest, who had the same issue, showed up and let us in. The room is extremely small for 2 people: the door couldn't open because it hit the bed and, to go the bathroom, we had do jump over our cases. Extra: the heating was just a tower fan and the central heating was off. Although it could heat, is was surely not the enough for a snowing night. The bathroom shower was impossible to use and everywhere felt really cold.

Es gab kein Frühstück, was zwar nicht erwartet wurde, aber es gab auch keinen Wasserkocher oder Geschirr. Das Zimmer war eiskalt und nicht sehr sauber. Die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Der zusätzliche Heizstrahler hat auch nicht gewärmt. Im Gegenteil, so wurde der Staub auf dem Teppichboden im Zimmer verteilt (für Asthmatiker eher suboptimal). Die Zimmer sind im letzten Stock ohne Lift. Zugang zu den Apartments ist nur über einen Gang im Freien möglich, der bei Schnee sehr rutschig ist. In sechs Tagen wurden kein einziges Mal die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Dusche war verstopft, sodass das Wasser regelmäßig auf den Badezimmerboden übergelaufen ist. Der Seifenspender war leer, das Toilettpapier auch bald alle. Das Zimmer besteht eigentlich nur aus einem Bett und grade soviel extra Platz, dass man noch vorbeigehen kann. Ohne Schlüssel war das Verlassen des Hauses nicht möglich. Der Vermieter ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar (eine Mieterin hat zum Beispiel in ihrer Lockbox keine Haustorschlüssel vorgefunden und musste 2 Tage lang andere Gäste bitten, sie ins Haus hinein und wieder hinaus zu lassen.) Das Haus beim Auschecken als Einzelreisender zu verlassen, ist auch nicht einfach, da der Schlüssel ja in der Lockbox im oberen Stock zurückgelassen werden muss und irgendjemand die Türe offen halten muss. Der vom Vermieter gesendete Link zum Öffnen hat bei mir nicht funktioniert.

I had the worst stay experience of my life, despite being a loyal Booking.com customer for over 8 years. Confusing entry instructions – Some guests had keys, others had to call a number. I was told to use a key, but none was provided, leaving me stuck for half a day trying to figure out how to exit and re‑enter the property. No heating – The heater did not work, which was unacceptable given the winter cold. Unresponsive host – Calls and messages went unanswered. When they suggested moving to another room, no guidance or support was provided. We had to resolve the inconvenience ourselves. Electrical issues – On both nights, the electricity repeatedly tripped. The bathroom had no light, and the heater stopped working. Again, no solution or response from the host. Accessibility problem – The accommodation is located on the 5th floor, with no lift available. This was not mentioned on Booking.com, and carrying 30kg of luggage up the stairs was extremely difficult. Poor cleanliness – The place was dirty and disorganized. I found dirty bedsheets in the kitchen, an untidy environment, and unclean equipment such as the kettle and other kitchen items. This may be one of the cheapest accommodations in Bratislava, but the stress, discomfort, and lack of basic standards made it absolutely not worth it.
