Excellent location, the staff is always smiling and very attentive to the guests of the hotel.

The facilities on the ground floor were clean and well maintained. The staff there was very helpful, friendly and supportive. My kids had great time at the jacuzzi.

The air-conditioning was not working properly, the room was too hot and I couldn't sleep, I spent most of the time at night killing earwigs - the room was infested with them. When I told the manager about the problem with the air-conditioning he tried to convince me I just had to wait a bit and it will start working, but it didn't. After that he told me there is nothing he could do and that he was actually aware of the problem. I wish I'd known that too prior to choosing to stay there.
