They don't even have an elevator... if you have heavy suitcases and your room is on 4th floor - enjoy your time going up & down.

Area was nice even though it is far from center

I stayed at this property recently, and I’d like to share my experience. The location is somewhat remote, but the public transport connections are good, which was a plus. Upon check‑in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member, and everything seemed fine at first. However, the situation changed dramatically during check‑out. I had an early departure scheduled for 10:00 am. Since we arrived late the previous day, I had approached the reception in advance and asked if we could check out a little later. Despite this, at 10:10 am, the receptionist started knocking on our door and shouting, demanding that we leave immediately. When I reminded her of my earlier request, she continued to raise her voice — which I find completely unacceptable for a hotel. Later, after handing in the keys, the same staff member claimed I hadn’t returned the towels at check‑out. This was very surprising, as I had assumed they were collected in the room. I went back and brought the towels to the reception. Other issues included a lack of basic toiletries in the room. Overall, the attitude of the staff was very poor — this is the first time I’ve encountered such treatment during a stay. Given the cost of the accommodation, I am extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this place.
