The staff, one guy last was rude

they don’t consider the request of there guest no other option to make to make validation of the clients request

They didn't give me a receipt when requested as I was on a business trip.

I'm sorry but the there is one staff didn't understand the situation

When the taxi came back and picked me up

The place has a mold smell that put me in the hospital when I got to my destination it was very bad and I got very sick

- staff was nice - location to airport is very good - shuttle to airport for small fee

-#1 BUGS! I was checking the mattress for bedbugs like I always do, and while I didn't find bedbugs I did find a roach in the bed!! As I was trying to chase it down and kill it I found a number of other bugs like spiders. They have never cleaned under the bed and there are a bunch of dead bugs and spider abs under there. The room just has a lot of cracks and holes that need to be sealed like around the a/c. I did not complain to the staff because it was late and I had already unpacked and could not change hotels by that point. So I plugged holes with toilet paper and payed. - Cleanliness. As mentioned the floor under the bed was curry, but also the mattress was stained pretty badly - no hot water in shower - the room is REALLY small for a single. Just be aware. I couldn't get past my suitcase on the floor.
