Well located, easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable and big bunk beds. Nice lobby, where you can find many booklets for some trips (elephants!). Helpful staff! Laundry area, where you can wash your stuff. Excellent spa place next door!

It was not very clean floors. The mens bathroom was not well maintained, shower cabins were missing half a glass door. One shower room was very hard to actually close. And if you did, you risked to break the handle trying to come out… Small things, but they add up eventually.

Convenient location and overall clean and quiet. Staff is helpful though their English is limited

Not an unpleasant experience, but not much of a "hostel" feeling. I am not the backpacker chatty type, but the overall atmosphere felt pretty dry. Breakfast is really average.

Very hard mattress, Room was rather dark

mattress hard as plywood Instead of normal blanket they put thin sofa blanket Dark everywhere, no windows in rooms and tiny lights. The water at the shower not really hot, and can not work at all. No hand soap. No fridge to put your stuff, when breakfast include cheap bread and jam as we are dogs. Worst service. I had to beg 3 days to get my linens replace. Decorative design and in good location.. but not a place to actually sleep in..

Spacious clean everything great

Large clean spacious loft style room with ensuite . Its polished concrete walls and ceiling look fantastic.

Huge room could take a bigger bed. Then it would be perfect.

There is no automatic room cleaning but if you tell them they will bring new towels etc. So no biggie. Breakfast is super basic but better then nothing 😀
