"Not good, not bad. To expensive for the price and not good location"

I had to wait for so long for the check in, even I informed the time I was arriving and it was on Saturday afternoon. The room was not clean, and even it says it is a smoke free zone, all the building and the room smell to much cigarettes. The person who did the check in, was not nice and didn’t give me the WiFi password.
