Hot water tap was nice, and I liked the skateboard swing! Friendly staff :)

The kitchen/dining room was a bit unclean and watching someone use the washing up brush to clean the inside of the bin wasn’t what you’d expect. Not all beds had lights and sockets in the room when some did, so was luck if you got them.

Location was great, booked a double room, so had to share the bathroom and toilet only with another couple. Heater in the room was a great bonus.

Bedsheets were really old and used, didn't make the night enjoyable.

Need renovation little bit untidy

Location is very central, and Staff very helpful and accommodating

I know a good builder that would have done a much better repair of the shower wall, replacing rather than patch, and repairing the broken bench surrounding the hand basin.

Location was great The room was cleanish , the bed linen was clean. Kitchen & toilets close to our room

Difficult to find our room, we arrived after 5pm so no staff to assist. Couldn’t find the laundry. Nowhere to put our bikes under cover. The place was a bit shabby & the kitchen was a bit grubby
