Very cheap for Queenstown. Staff let us keep some bags there while we went tramping which was much appreciated. Get towels with the room.

pretty run down and both times (either side of our tramping trip) I’ve stayed I’ve been placed by the main doors and they slam all night. Rooms not fully clean - tissues under beds and not vaccumed up. One of our rooms had no windows to outside so was very very hot and stuffy - god knows what it’s like in the summer. Staff were a mixed bunch. First arrival was to two of the staff getting rather close on one chair at reception that we had to cough to interrupt them.

room kitchen bathrooms atention

The location was good.

When we arrived , the beds were not made, the blankets smelled disgusting and we got another room than we originally booked. Further the room was so small you couldnt walk past eachother and there was absolutely no light coming into the room, so it was as dark as the night at the day. The bathrooms werent really clean, especially the showers. The kitchen was really small, and nearly every utensil or plate was dirty. Over all it was really run down.

Gostamos muito da excelente localização e do custo relativamente mais baixo do que a média das hospedagens naquela área.

Instalações meio precárias e sujas, inclusive comparando com outros albergues do país. O estacionamento também era bem mal organizado. Por sorte, ficamos apenas uma noite.

everything, rubbish outside of our room, mold smelly bedroom, broken chairs, no working wifi, just awful

Only a few minutes from the center of town, comfy bed.
