Alpine Lodge Queenstown

The shower was appalling, the bed had to climb over partner to get in or out. Location was excellent. Alcohol free? Host adamant about this but why. Didnt see this on the website.

Les portes qui claquent très fort le soir, la nuit, le matin. Le manque de convivialité, la cuisine vétuste, sale et mal équipée. C'est cher et il n'y a pas de thé, de café, ce qu'on trouve en général dans un lieu d'hébergement accueillant en Nouvelle Zélande. On dirait une usine à touristes.

Jim was super dooper awesome and completely accommodating. He made the exchange very simple. Sadly the property needs a decent clean out as it smelled and the clutter/rubbish in reception was uninviting. Certainly an experience I've not had till now and yet the one great thing was Jim!

Easy going place. Good setup for backpackers. Handy to supermarket and bus stops.

Getting a bit old. Unkept outside.
