Facility of hotel was not good

850 charged non AC, which should have been 400 or less

The staff was great. Very cooperative. The food was great. The staff listened to our complaints and acted on them with almost immediate effect.

The rooms were in poor shape. The first room that was alloted to us was in a poor sanitary condition. The washroom bucket was unclean, commode was unclean, the bedsheets and pillows were unclean, curtains were unclean. When we complained, they gave us a new room but we paid 2000 extra for that. The new room was better than the other one but not the best.

Place not maintained bed cladding in as broke , light bulbs were missing and no basic first aid available
