The location is excellent, the main square and old town are just around the corner. Bed was comfortable and the room decently sized. I didn't happen to meet any staff, as I was checking-in late and checking out on the weekend, but the process was problem less.

There was a small cleanliness issue, that was solved afterwards.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life, especially as a woman. When I arrived, the bed was completely unacceptable, it was covered in hair and stains (I will attach photos below). But the worst part was the safety. There were drunk men being loud all night right outside my room. One man in particular had noticed me and my room earlier that morning when I first arrived. That same man came back at night, knocked on my door, and kept flashing a light multiple times in the night to check if I was inside. I was absolutely terrified. I didn’t move, didn’t make a sound the entire night. I was genuinely scared for my safety. The staff member had insisted earlier that I should call him if there were any problems, but when I actually did, he didn’t answer. I didn’t call the police because I had a flight in a few hours. I had already missed my previous flight (which is why I was staying there in the first place), and I couldn’t risk missing another one. I stayed awake the entire night on high alert. I did not sleep at all. On top of all this, I was told I would receive a refund, but this has not been honored, and my messages have been ignored. This place felt extremely unsafe, especially for women. I would strongly advise others to avoid it.

The location is perfect to explore everything on foot, the private room was clean and the bed was comfortable, nothing fancy of course, the check in was very easy because they sent me a message with instructions and internet access, no person from staff was there, I did not even see a reception, but it worked

I never saw or met any staff, there is no "hostel vibe" for interaction, the entrance is a bit hard to find, the bathroom gets inundated after every shower and it is very loud , you here all conversation from outside: on sunday night there were people talking loud and it was hard to sleep, also the lights comes in (no blinders) and the TV is veryyy old (not that I cared)
