The parking lot for our car.

1. It is by the roadside you may find it is load with honk, cars, lorries and of course the motorbikes 2. No fan, during night might be ok, but during days it is hot 3. No cups or glass inside the room, you need to go to level 3 or at the lobby 4. The towel provided weren't absorbed water

The terrace is a great place to hang out. We could hear the kuliah Subuh from Maajid Raya.

Love the terrace on the 3rd floor, thus we requested to move our room to the 3rd floor on the second night, lucky we got room number 303 as we expected. Thank you! The staff was helpful.

We had a family room and spacious, unfortunately the noise from the sounds of vehicles from the outside bothered our rest in the evening so we had to move to other room.

These guys are trying to run a nice, modern place with an exceptional terrace and nice small garden ground floor. It is still in walking distance to down town. Great value for money.

Sadly, they don´t speak English and the bathroom was musty/mouldy. There is no A/C. Quite some noise from the street.
