"Superb"

9.0

Very cozy place a little outside up the hill from Fort portal city center. Beautiful garden with a view! Great community project and they even sell very nice pottery and shirts. A very nice place also for kids and everyone else who likes to play volleyball, football, table tennis etc.

"More institutional feel than homey / social"

Huge hostel with lots of rooms. Was shoulder season so had a six bed dorm to myself. Good hot showers and very clean overall. Lovely views from garden and outside eating area. Reasonable price.

Location 2+ km from town and there are no services at all in the area (which can be a blessing if you want some rest). No social atmosphere as it was shoulder season (not fault of hostel). Lots of tables and chairs for eating/working but few couches/easy chairs to relax in. Not most present or friendly staff.

"An ideal, affordable hostel for a short stay"

Well maintained youth hostel, with clean individual rooms and dorms. Decent wi-fi connection. Safe environment and privacy.

The staff we met on our one night stay was just one girl who did nothing else than watch TikTok on her phone. She was nice, though.

"Great place"

Simple and clean. Friendly and helpful staff! All in all highly recommended and great value for money.

No luxury. Food is mediocre and takes a while to prepare (no early breakfast), but cheap and it fills you up.
