The location is great, about an 8-minute drive to Lake Louise. The spacious kitchen is a plus for guests with special dietary needs. The shared shower room is clean.

Our group of three booked a private room with four beds. However, the bed on the inner side of the loft had a hair and a few small debris (wood splinters or leaf fragments) left from a previous stay. I understand we only paid for three beds, but it was still an unpleasant experience to find that one of the beds had not been properly cleaned, especially as I only noticed it after lying down. The ladder to the loft is steep; hold tight when climbing on & off.

This place surprised me positively with beauty and peaceful forest nature around Very friendly Offering nice club house and restaurant options Only 5 min walk to "centre" ( grocery shop/ bus stop/ fuel station) Good basement for planning your hikes and trips You will love Lake Louise for rivers

Good location as expected. We had private room and the shower was just across the hall, so worked really well for us. Easy to find and good car parking included. Kitchen and lounge area.

Was not informed cafe/restaurant would be closed which was disappointing on arrival as had to find somewhere else to go and eat. Quite pricey for hostel, but expensive area to stay.

We liked the idea of being able to connect with other travellers of all ages The kitchen is well stocked with spices and condiments and share items that have been purchased and left behind by previous guests This makes it possible to cook your own meals without the cost of purchasing potential items needed for one time use

The rooms are small but as expected Thus realizing that hostels are meant for people to connect not spend a lot of time in the room
