The staff was amazing . Raj & Avinash are best at there services . Really hardworking chaps out there . The rooms were very clean . Cleaning and arranging of the room was done everyday . The food was good . Anil ji thanks for your hospitality.

The Chinese food has to get better from the menu.

The room was newly refurbished and was probably one of the prettiest I’ve stayed in in India! A fantastic surprise was the heated blanket, which saved me on a few rainy cold days! Good food and friendly staff as well!

"“Unwelcoming and rude staff, and poor management. Would not recommend this hostel."

Absolutely nothing

I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. The staff was unwelcoming, rude, and uncooperative, showing a complete lack of care after payment was made. Despite the hostel being nearly empty, they falsely claimed it was full, likely to attract more travelers. The management, both on-site and at Alt Life in general, was pathetic. I would strongly advise against staying at this hostel or any in the chain.
