Ubicación excelente, los códigos para entrar cómodos, la cama riquísima.

The location is great - it's on a quiet street in a nice area close to restaurants and bars. The common kitchen and terrace are spacious and nicely designed. The room was on the small side, but clean and functional. It would have been useful if they had an extra blanket because it got chilly on some nights. I enjoyed my stay there, but I wish that the window/entrance was a bit more insulated because I could hear people talking and playing music in the courtyard/balcony area at night.

Tired decor, uncomfortable bed, lumpy pillows and squashed bugs all over the room walls terrace room needs some love

Very spacious palatial house centrally located between Reforma, Centro Historico and Palenco. Large welcoming kitchen and rooftop terrace.

I was a solo traveler expecting to meet others but it turns out the place is rented by entire families to host gatherings. I was alone for a couple of days then the managers offered me a room in another property to compensate when a whole family arrived.

Mala atención al cliente y mal seguimiento a un reclamo. Si llegas a tener algún detalle o inconveniente es casi imposible comunicarte con el propietario y EXPEDIA no te va a resolver ni apoyar en la situación.
