Good location

Loud, staff were playing music and drinking keeping guests awake. Didn't seem to care

The only problem was, the room had no window, my.backpack didnt fit into the locker, youncouldnt lock the room(no keY), no curtains on the beds Other then this it was a great experience

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the private room was clean and comfortable, the location is great.

The bathrooms were not clean, the trash bins were overflowing, with ants crawling up the wall and a bad odor. There needs to be more frequent cleaning. There was a plumbing problem while I was there and the toilets were not flushing, however, it was being addressed with workmen on site.

The staff is wonderful, the location is excellent. I had a private room and it was quiet and comfortable.

The shower wasn’t great, it seemed to be spraying everywhere except where I wanted it to, could not control the direction; the internet was very spotty and inconsistent.

Hostel Metro Boutique truly saved me! I had originally booked a stay at Casa Columpio, but unfortunately, the owner canceled my reservation at the last minute—while I was already on my way. In a rush to find a new place, I booked Hostel Metro Boutique, called to confirm, and everything was seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful, the check-in process was smooth, and the hostel itself was fantastic. If you're looking for a reliable, welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend it. Hopefully, this review helps others avoid any last-minute surprises with other accommodations in the area!

I absolutely love this hostel and stayed here multiple times on my recent trip. The staff are lovely, the location is incredible and the price is great especially considering the area. There is a great rooftop and good social vibes.

The kitchen is often pretty dirty. It’s other guests fault for not cleaning up after themselves, but it would be good if the hostel cleaned it more often. Also the bins in the kitchen don’t make sense so any recycling will be spoiled.
