The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Also the view from the rooftop terrace was amazing and the location was just a few minutes away from historical center

Clean, comfortable and really friendly staff. Its in a quiet area so the noise from the bars/centre don't bother you. There is a beautiful roof terrace where breakfast is served every morning!

We had to request an extra towel for the bathroom floor

"A brief stay"

The rooms were clean and functional and the included breakfast had a few options.

The safe in the room was very small and had no instructions on how to use it. We ended up only staying 1 night instead of 5 as there was a power outage (no fault of the hotel) so they found us an alternate hotel at no extra cost. However, they did not offer to pay for a taxi to transport us.

"Lovely hotel in Oaxaca"

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast options. We were welcomed in a very friendly way and got a lot of information about the hotel and Oaxaca, it made us feel right at home.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.
