size of the room, incorrect allocation after arrival. I booked a large double room and we received small twin room. when I mentioned the issue to the receptionist, she gladly offered a double room, which was exactly the same size, with two beds but only close one to another. room was prepared for the one person, so I had to ask about second set of towels duvet etc. pvc floor, no carpet makes you feel that it's a cold room the balcony facing sports recreation centre, so one day we were listening very loud music and speaker of the event behind the fence nearly all day long.

Very convenient location. Spacious and comfortable room with balcony. My wife and I were traveling and site seeing through Poland.This was our final destination just to rest for few days before long flight to Florida. Restaurant with delicious food conveniently located in the hotel.Special thanks to miss Julka for helping with the room service.Also special thanks to miss Kasia from the reception for welcoming us and accommodating with extra things we needed for the room. Most definitely will use this Hotel next time I'm visiting.

Very clean, everything was as it should be. Can’t really complain. Building has been refurbished and is good.

Breakfast had no wow factor, but filled the gap. Also the door didn’t quite align flush with the frame - about 4mm out.
