Pobyt v hostelu hodnotím velmi pozitivně. Vše bylo čisté, dobře organizované a připravené pro hosty. Pokoj byl pohodlný a společné prostory byly pravidelně uklízené, takže se zde člověk cítil příjemně po celou dobu pobytu. Velkou výhodou byla přátelská atmosféra a ochotný personál, který byl vždy připraven poradit nebo pomoci. Oceňuji také bezproblémové ubytování a celkově klidné prostředí. Za svou cenu nabízí hostel velmi dobrou kvalitu a rád bych se zde ubytoval znovu.

Hostel is in good location and had all the neccessary equipment for a short stay. The beds are quite comfortable and you have privacy curtains for extra coziness. Free wifi and big, locked, free storage boxes to keep your things.

Unfortunately, this was the worst hostel experience I've had, and I have stayed in hostels in 9 countries. When I arrived, I was greeted by a strong smell of cigarettes and alcohol/hangover. One guest was loudly talking on the phone, while another was drinking beer in the dorm. I returned late at night and the same guest was still talking loudly, later playing music, clapping, dancing, and generally disturbing the peace. I wrote several messages to the owner asking for help, but received no response. (I have not received any response to my other messages too, where I asked about parking before arrival) Around 2 AM, when the guy continued being loud in the room I tried to sleep in, I politely asked him several times to lower his voice so people could sleep. He refused and became increasingly agitated whenever I complained. As a woman travelling alone, this did not feel safe. After trying multiple phone numbers, I finally reached the host and was allowed to move to another room at 2 AM. The next morning, the guest was asked to leave, but he said he will stay a bit more until his bus arrives. I received no apology and little concern about what had happened. I was simply told to return to the original room. It seemed they know each other...? The smell of alcohol remained because other guests were still drinking heavily 24/7. I barely slept, felt uncomfortable for most of my stay, and left very disappointed. The hostel was also not particularly clean. The floors looked like they had not been mopped in a while, and there was dust and old crumbs in the kitchen. Reading other reviews, I am surprised the hostel is rated so highly. My experience felt less like a hostel and more like spending the night in a flat where intoxicated strangers were allowed to do whatever they wanted, with little intervention from management. Edit: even after all the awful experience I cannot get peace - I am being harassed by the owner to remove the review.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w Poniewieżu. Apartament był czysty, komfortowy i doskonale wyposażony, dzięki czemu mogliśmy poczuć się swobodnie od samego początku. Szczególnie spodobała nam się spokojna atmosfera oraz dbałość o detale w mieszkaniu. Kontakt z gospodarzem zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę – był bardzo uprzejmy, pomocny i zawsze dostępny w razie pytań. Wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka wygodnego noclegu w Poniewieżu.
