THE WELCOMING OF THE STUFF AND THE QUIETNESS OF THE PLACE

The rooms were not as shown on the pictures

the second door in my room and the TV was not working

The room was clean but the smell of cigarette was worse ,I’m very asthmatic I coughed the whole night

The toilets were so dirty and showers as well ,the smell in there was so difficult for a person to shower ,the floor had perfume containers lying there ,the place is very unhygienic

I arrived at the location and tried to call but no one answered the phone until I left. I’ve been requesting refund but no answer

EVERYTHING 1 WHEN WE GOT THERE, THEY TOLD US WE DIDNT PAY UNTIL I HAD TO PROVIDE POP AND EMAILS JUST TP PROVE TO THEM. WHY WOULD WE GO THERE IF WE DINT BOOK BORED 2 THE BATHROOM ARE FOR SHARING MALES AND FEMALES, 3 THE ROOM I WAS IN THE WINDOW WAS BROKEN ,4 WE FOUND CONDOMS ON THE BEDS WHY?5 ,
