Backpacker's Hill Resort

Nous avons aimé les bungalows en bambou. Il y a des moustiquaires aux fenêtres et sur le lit c’est très appréciable le personnel est charmant le jardin est beau et bien entretenu.

Malheureusement Indépendamment de leur volonté certaines chambres sont plus exposés au « ronronnement » du générateur municipal.

Personnel très gentil et bienveillant, le cadre est très joli et les cabanes également! Le logement est situé à 15min à pied du centre ce qui est parfait!

Un peu broyant vu les animaux aux alentours et eau un peu froide

Absolutely loved the hosts and the scenery where we were. Lots of plants and gorgeous greenery. The rooms were clean and basic but it was so nice to stay in a traditional Bahay Kubo.

Unfortunately (and this is out of the hosts control) the property behind the hostel has some noisy neighbours who were very antisocial and played music as early as before 5am and this would last for a couple of hours. Not ideal as none of us wanted to be awake at that time. However this has been an ongoing issue as I did raise this with the hosts who said their neighbours are unfortunately not very cooperative.

Super logement en pleine nature et joliment aménagé. Les bungalows sont très conforts et bien pensés

The staff was lovely, Jerome is one of the purest people that I’ve met.

The cottages were nice and cozy. People working here are also very attentive and helpful with everything you want or seek. The free breakfast is a nice touch while also getting free coffee and tea in the morning. In terms of value for money (which we were looking for) I think this is the sweet spot. We had a pleasant stay overall!

Only cold water and the water pressure was real low for the shower (dripping water only). Room can get pretty hot but during the night it will cool off enough to sleep well. We booked a room with a double bed but received one with 2 beds but since we arrived very late at night it wasn’t worth the hassle for us to change. Lastly, the resort is about 15 minutes of walking from town (a bit uphill and through a dirt road) but with the money you save on staying a but further from town, you can rent a moped for ‘free’. :)
