Toilets are tiny. I recommend you take action on this criticism.

En plein centre de la rue principale, très accessible, mail pour accéder à la chambre dans les temps et draps et serviettes propres :))

Nous avons dû porter des chaussures spéciales pour la douche afin d’ éviter tout contact avec le bac, la moquette était un peu douteuse donc on a préféré se protéger. Une petite difficulté à fermer la fenêtre de gauche qui as la poignée en fin de vie ou a revisser ? Sinon ça allait :)

Schlechte Luft, sehr hellhörig, keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck zu lassen, wenn man früher kommt. Es wird direkt vorgeschlagen im Café für 5£ zu lassen, obwohl es die Möglichkeit gibt, mit dem Code in Flur reinzukommen und Gepäck sicher zu verstauen. WiFi funktioniert kaum. Im Bad gibt es keine Heizung. Dafür, dass Besitzer sehr deutlich auf einchecken ab 15:00 Uhr und keine Minute früher besteht und man erwartet, dass alles sauber gemacht wird, stellt man schnell fest, Sauberkeit ist nicht zu finden. Zu finden ist Schmutz, komische Reste von ehemaligen Kunden in der Dusche (siehe Foto. Gut, dass Reinigungsmittel vorhanden waren, musste ich selbst das Boden in der Duschkabine reinigen.

Honestly location and price is all that place has to offer. Central place to all Fort William realted activities.

All as expected. Didn't meet the owner but did talk on the number provided provided on the main door. Very pleasant guy. Room small and very well decorated. Good place to stay.

The old worn out towel spoiled the stay. Good quality towels aren't expensive. Don't underestimate the benefits to your business of providing a quality towel.
