I paid a lot of money to be in a clean and cozy room. Instead, I got a room without wifi and without hot water, and the shower was very unclean and unkempt. The employees didn't know how to help me, and they didn't even offer to move me to another room. I didn't get a refund either. They simply didn't know how to respond to the situation.
