La Ruka is the perfect location between Cocles and the town centre. I loved the bikes available for rent! The hostel is clean with friendly staff and is a quiet place to unwind after a long day of exploring. I really enjoyed the communal spaces like the kitchen, yoga shala, dining room, and reception area for meeting new friends and sharing dinner and conversations. I love La Ruka so much that I returned for two more visits and would return again!

My stay at La Ruka was so much more than just a stop along my travels it was a true immersion in an atmosphere of sharing, simplicity, and kindness ! Every detail of the place invites you to slow down, in a spirit of respect for nature and the local community ! The energy here is contagious you quickly realize that traveling is not only about seeing landscapes, but also about meeting, connecting, and exchanging Thank you to the whole team for this beautiful lesson in authentic hospitality

El lugar precioso, la administración impresionante, cocina perfectamente organizada, personal un amor, cama hiper cómoda con privacidad y todo lo necesario. Super limpio y respetan el sueño de los demás.

Creo que las bicis no deberían ser alquiladas y menos a ese precio.. no están en condiciones. Son súper pesadas. Agregar set de comidas free cuando sobra. Arreglar salida de la ducha.
