Ortachala Summer House

OK. So this is a peaceful home away from home. Restful sleep, giant Turkish coffees that soothe the soul when you're keen to avoid the noise of busier central hostels. Round the corner from everything (including magti for first time Arrivals needing a sim card). All the rooms are decorated to a very high standard with a style that is unique to the wonderful owner Sevda. She cooks like a dream and loves to feed people great food.

There's not much to say here. Some of the guests aren't the most fun but that's just my luck. The location is highly secure and I lost count of the amount of times I was out late and Sevda would be smiling as I returned at 6am with the offer of life saving coffee. Ladies - you'll be very safe and well tended, Lads - you'll appreciate being a little removed from the central Tbilisi noise. It's also named "Sevda (owner) otochala (location) summerhouse (it's a lovely, open and airy summerhouse with a delightful, well tended garden)" so you'll never forget where our who you're staying with :D
