I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hostels, so I understand that hostel accommodation can be basic and shared spaces are not always perfect. However, this experience went too far. I requested to shorten my stay due to serious issues during my stay, but the property did not respond. I also followed up via WhatsApp and still received no answer. The main reason I decided not to continue my stay was a serious incident in the shared room involving inappropriate behaviour from another guest. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Some guests also appeared to be staying there long-term and repeatedly did not respect the rules, including being loud in the shared room, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. There were also serious hygiene and maintenance issues. There was no hot water during my stay, and the property did not match the photos shown on Booking.com. In particular, there was visible mould, which I consider a health concern. Overall, I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and disappointed with how the situation was handled. The lack of response from the property made the experience even worse. I cannot recommend this hostel.

Прекрасный хостел! Хозяйка хостела Тэя просто самый гостеприимный человек в этом мире! Ожидания и реальность просто совпали на все 100%! Буду еще приезжать в Тбилиси именно в этот хостел! Мне все очень понравилось, всем советую.

Good day to all! 🙂 Very polite and friendly hostel owners. The convenient location of the hostel in the city center, around in accessibility is everything you need. Good place for overnight stay and longer stay. There is a kitchen, and absolutely everything is needed for cooking. Recommend! 👍🙂

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Dobre miejsce do startu na wycieczki. Piekarnia z tradycyjnym chlebem w okolicy. Gospodarze dbali codzienni o czystość (sprzątanie części wspólnych i opróżnianie kubłów). Dla gości, we wspólnej kuchni, była udostępniona herbata i kawa chociaż tej drugiej często brakowało. Dbano o zachowanie ciszy nocnej. Zajmowaliśmy pokój prywatny od strony ulicy co skutkowało odgłosami miejskimi (umiarkowany ruch samochodowy i ludzie wędrujący z/na imprezy). Łóżko bardzo wygodne i duże. W pokoju stół, komoda i wieszak na kurtki. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe naczynia i talerze (garnki już lekko wysłużone). W kuchni duża wspólna lodówka i część jadalna.

Mimo starań gospodarzy łazienki mocno zawilgocone z wyczuwalną pleśnią.

I recommend it! Very friendly staff. They clean and tidy the place every day. Fully equipped kitchen. Very good location, close to shops, restaurants, and pharmacies.
