BLUE Hostel - check message after booking

The location is very good for train travel.

The hostel is well-equipped, with each bed having curtains for privacy, plus a small fan, reading light, and table, which are very thoughtful additions. The owner, Mr. Hide, is incredibly kind and chatty, often checking in on guests and having conversations with them. Whenever I went hiking and camping in the mountains, Mr. Hide kindly allowed me to store my luggage and would even place it in the locker before I returned, which was very considerate.

Very dirty ! Beds wrapped with plastic, big no for comfortable sleep! Surrounded by long term strugglers who just asked to lend money 😂 No space to sit in general! Just be here if you can't afford other hostels !

The host just decided by himself that my booking going to be cancelled, because I came a little later than it was expected, my train arrived a little later than it should be. Now details. I booked a standard place and wrote to the host to ask if it's ok if I'll be late, around 1 a.m. He answered, that it's ok only if I'll take more expensive room, and I agreed (red flag, that I missed!). But in a couple days he wrote to me and said that I can stay at standard room (the second red flag)! I had cancel than, and find more reliable host. But what done is done. . So my train arrived a little later than it should be, because some troubles on the border. I arrived at 2.45 a.m. and found that the host just went to sleep and cancelled my booking. He just decided that I can handle to be in the middle of the night in unknown city under the rain without any mean of connection. What a great host! Truly showed hospitality! Keep away from him, if you are arriving late!

The owner gave me enough information so that I could get around easily. Thanks.
