Perfect location. Very comfy bed. Authentic home

They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the city. The house itself was cozy, inviting, and quite comfortable.

I wish our room had included a mirror and perhaps a mini fridge.

Such a lovely place! It’s in a great location, the bathroom was clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the room was perfectly warm. Also, Tina and her husband are very kind and welcoming. Note that the bathroom is downstairs and the one-person room has a very low, slanted ceiling.

The location is incredible. I didn't have to walk more than 3 minutes to get a bus, marshrutka or the subway. The house feels very homely although I understand it's not for everyone. The price is the lowest (counting the 16-room hostels out) and I had all the upper floor by myself. Tina's husband, Zviadi, let me "check-in" at 6 AM and I got a good night's sleep. I respect that a ton! Tina speaks great English, Wi-Fi is super fast and the room was quiet at night.

The single room was too uncomfortable to be in (but fine to sleep in). The ceiling is way too low, it's impossible to stand and the light that gets in is low to none (the window is too tiny). And I had to spend a lot of time there because the hosts were just fine but I, personally, didn't feel the warmth every other reviewer was talking about. As such, I felt a bit uncomfortable having to walk past them when going to the bathroom (downstairs). They compellingly reassured me that it was not a disturbance, though. Everything I mentioned here was not a deal-breaker.

Tina and her husband are very friendly and helped me a lot for the remaining part of my trip. Location is very good. Cozy and nice.

Outstanding, friendly, and thoughtful hostess, Tina- the lady herself. Location - the best in Tbilisi, in the middle of everything. Modest price.

Regretfully, I must point out that the space is cramped, facilities are extremely minimalistic, and surroundings are unsightly. But then you get what you pay. If you are super accommodative like us, you might be fine with this great value accommodation.

Tina has a lovely home that is quirky and fun. My bed was comfy and Tina and her husband sweethearts. Amazing central location for price.
