I like the receptionist, that lady is sooo beautiful and charming, I did little mistake while booking but after arriving there, the lady handled everything perfectly.

"No water at hostel- portal useless"

Location was in nice are close to embassies and Coco beach.

The portal the hostel uses for guests is not user friendly. Tried to use portal to book a taxi but request was never processed and I had to pay a high fee for a taxi from the airport. I arrived after a long 25 hours of travel and hostel had no water. Only after discussing the fact to staff did they give me a bucket of water to flush toilet. Had to use travel mug next morning to wash hair and body. Staff tried to make excuse entire area was out of water but was not true.
