Very helpsom host - nice clean place

It’s in a very quite location

The lobby is really messy, and it’s not a hangout area for the guests

The owner is very friendly and kind. You can get any sandwiches from nearby 7/11 and heat up with the ready equipments available. Hot and cold water dispenser is available. Bicycles available for free if you want to roam the streets.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was quite big and there was a common area with kitchen and drinking water included. The staff were also very helpful and spoke English!

The condense water of an AC unit above my room was dripping on the roof below my window during the night, which was quite noise and it was harder to sleep that way.

Clean and organized. Very close to the main landmarks of BKK.

The late check-out option should be a little relaxed.
